Spanish slippers from Bernardino with woolborg lining

Spanish slippers from Bernardino are still really made in Spain. The slippers are made of 100% quality suede. Bernardino slippers are slightly higher than the regular Spanish slippers, so they have a better fit. The wool inner lining is soft and nice and warm. In the sole there is a felt midsole between the suede and the lining.

What is wolborg?

Wolborg is made of wool, woven in tricot. This creates a material that is strong, soft and warm.

Wolborg slippers are cheaper, but also more susceptible to wear than sheepskin slippers. Friction (especially under the foot) can loosen the wool hairs, which can cause scuffs. This process takes place at a variable pace, but in some cases can occur within a few months.

Extra remark : Spanish slippers with a wool lining are warmer, but more susceptible to wear and tear than cheaper Spanish slippers with a synthetic lining!
