Do I need to create an account to participate?

Yes, creating an account is necessary to view and redeem points. Whether or not you want to receive emails with information about your points balance and attractive discounts, is up to you. You can unsubscribe at any time via a received email or via your account.

How do I save?

The Texelana Loyalty Program started on July 8 2025. The points count started on that date. If you placed orders before that time, they will not count towards the savings program. If you placed an order after July 8 2025, your points will automatically be counted, even if you only created an account later. By creating an account, you can view your points and redeem them for a discount.

What can I do with my saved points?

You can exchange points for a discount on your next order. You choose the discount you exchange points for yourself. For example, a discount amount or free shipping. Coupons are not valid in combination with other discounts.

How long will my points remain valid?

Your saved points remain valid forever. If you redeem points for a coupon, the coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Created coupons and redeemed points are final and cannot be undone.

General terms and conditions Texelana Loyalty Program

These terms and conditions apply to the accumulation of points at Texelana B.V. through
participation in and use of the Texelana Loyalty Programme.

Article 1 – General

1. At Texelana, you automatically earn points with the Texelana Loyalty Programme when you make purchases, register, and participate in other activities. You can redeem the points for discounts or free shipping.

2. To use the Texelana Loyalty Programme, you must create an account on the Texelana
website.

3. If you have subscribed to the newsletter but have not created an account, you will still earn points, but you will not be able to view them and you will not receive updates about your points balance. You will also not be able to redeem your points, as you need an account to do so.

4. If you have an account but have not accepted email marketing, you can view and redeem
your points on your account page. However, you will not receive emails about your points balance and the savings programme.

5. You can only participate in the Texelana Loyalty Programme if you are 18 years of age or older. The Texelana Loyalty Programme is not available to business customers.

Article 2 - Account

1. An account is required to view and redeem saved points. The account can be created on the Texelana website.

2. You guarantee that the information you provide when creating the account is accurate and complete. You are responsible for registering any changes in a timely manner.

3. You are also responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. You are
liable for all use of your account as a result of your actions and/or comissions, for example in the event of misuse of your account by unauthorised third parties. As soon as you know or suspect that unauthorised persons have access to your account, you must immediately notify Texelana. This does not affect your obligation to prevent further misuse, for example by immediately changing the password for your account. Texelana is not liable for damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account, unless this damage is the result of circumstances attributable to Texelana.

Article 3 - Saving and redeeming

1. You can start saving points from the launch of the Texelana Savings Programme on 8 July
2025.

2. You can view and redeem your saved points via your account.

3. Saved points are personal and non-transferable.

4. Coupons and points are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with other
discount codes or coupons.

5. Before you receive your discount, you must redeem your points for a coupon; you can
easily redeem the coupon during checkout.

6. Created coupons are valid for 90 days.

7. You earn points for the following activities:

  • Signing up for the newsletter - 100
  • Celebrating your birthday - 100
  • Referring a friend - 100
  • Following us on Instagram - 10
  • Sharing us on Facebook - 10
  • Placing an order - 1 point per € 1.00

8. Points can be exchanged for the following discounts:

Discount - Number of points

  • € 5.00 discount - 100 points
  • € 10.00 discount - 200 points
  • Free shipping (worth up to € 7.00) - 100 points

9. The following applies to the “refer a friend” promotion. Copy the “referral link” from your account, which you will find under the loyalty tab, and send it to a friend. When your friends use this link to visit the site, they will be asked to enter their email address to create a discount coupon for their first purchase. The referral coupon is exclusively for new customers, is limited to one per account and is specific to that account (email address). This means that in order to apply the discount, the friend must check out using the same email address. The referrer will only receive the reward once the friend's order has been completed and fulfilled.

10. Created coupons and redeemed points are final. They cannot be undone. Even in the event of a return shipment, the points will not be returned to your account.

Article 4 - Combating fraud and abuse

1. Texelana reserves the right to withdraw Loyalty Points, declare Coupons invalid, block accounts and/or terminate participation in the event of suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions. In such cases, all redeemed and unredeemed Loyalty Points and Coupons will expire without any right to compensation.

Article 5 - Modification, suspension and termination of the programme

1. Texelana may unilaterally modify, suspend or terminate the Texelana Loyalty Programme
and these terms and conditions.

2. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect via www.texelana.nl
or by email.

3. Upon termination of the programme, participants will have a maximum of 30 days to
redeem their remaining Loyalty Points.

Article 6 - Liability

1. Texelana is not liable for malfunctions in the savings programme or delays in sending coupons, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

2. Texelana is also not liable for obvious typing errors and other obvious clerical errors, for example in the case of an obvious typing error and/or obvious clerical error in the points balances displayed.

3. To the extent permitted by law, Texelana's total liability in all cases is limited to the amount of the relevant order to which the liability relates.

Article 7 - Privacy and data protection

1. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy statement, which can also be consulted on the
Texelana website.

2. The purposes of processing include: participation administration, awarding points,
personalising offers and, if consent has been given, marketing communications.
