Wool doesn't need to be washed often. Simply airing it out outdoors is often enough to freshen it up. If you do want to wash your woolen product, always use a wool detergent containing lanolin. This helps the wool fiber retain its softness, resilience, and natural self-cleaning properties.

Wool regulates body temperature

Wool is a natural temperature-regulating material: it retains heat when it's cold, but also provides breathability when it gets too warm. This is because the wool fibers trap air and breathe. This helps your baby stay warm without overheating or shivering.
