The Velvet crib blanket is the baby version of the Velvet plaid from the Home collection. The Eco-wool crib blankets are beautifully finished with a blanket stitch on the edges. This flexible blanket is not too thick and very nice to use as a blanket, but also as a shawl to keep your baby nice and war

Animal welfare

We care deeply about animal welfare; the lambswool for this crib blanket comes from New Zealand and can be traced back to the individual "farms" where the animals grew up.
The sheep are not sheared using the mulesing method and the wool has been washed free of chemicals and no bleach has been used.

Maintenance

Wool does not need to be washed often. Airing it outdoors is often sufficient to freshen it up. If you want to wash your wool product, always check the care label first! Use a wool detergent containing lanolin. This will preserve the wool fibre's softness, resilience and natural self-cleaning properties.

Washing instructions

Wool naturally has a dirt-repellent property and therefore it is not necessary to wash the woolen crib blankets. We advise to "air" the blankets outside when the weather is humid.
If you still want to wash the blanket or throw, follow the instructions below.
