Would you like to place an order on our webshop? We have made a manual for you. For the order in this explanation, we have taken a Frida sheepskin slipper as an example.

Step 1. Choose in the top dark blue bar from which category you want to order something. For example Slippers & slippers, click on this.

Step 2. You will now see three categories, in our example we choose Sheepskin Slippers.

Step 3. All sheepskin slippers are now displayed. We choose the Frida slipper.

 

Step 4. Choose the desired size; first read our size advice or consult the size table.

Step 5. Click on the green button "add to shopping cart", the product is now in your shopping cart. Click on the beige button to view your shopping basket or click on the green button "checkout" to continue with the ordering process.

Step 6. Click on the green "Checkout" button. Our tip! In the Netherlands, your order will be shipped for free from €75.00. If your order is lower than this amount, we have a number of additional suggestions for you.

Step 7. After clicking on "checkout" you will enter your contact details. Tip, click the "save this information" checkbox. This will remember your details and you can order next time without having to enter all your details again.

Step 8. Click on the blue "continue to checkout" button

Step 9. Select the desired shipping method. Click on the blue button "go to payment".

Step 10. Choose payment method, in the example we choose payment via iDeal.

Step 11. Check at the bottom whether the check mark for invoice and delivery address is correct and click on the blue button "check order".

Step 12. Here you will see an overview of your order, your contact details and the shipping method. Click on the blue "pay now" button to complete the order.

Step 13. Pay via the QR code shown or select your bank and complete the payment.

Step 14. Your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have not received it, please check your unwanted mailbox or contact our customer service contact@texelana.nl. You will receive an email from DHL containing the track and trace code of your order. This allows you to track your package and see when it will be delivered.
