Washing instructions
Wool is a great material for clothing because it's antibacterial and odor-resistant. Therefore, wool clothing doesn't need to be washed often. Hang it outside occasionally to freshen it up. If you do want to wash it, we recommend Texelana Wool Detergent . When hand-washing, never rub vigorously to prevent felting. Always check the garment's care label for washing instructions. Always dry wool clothing flat.

Planet Wool originated from a Dutch initiative in 2015, following the earthquakes in Nepal. For every product sold, one euro is donated to a charity in Nepal, the Nepal Foundation. Through them, we donate to various charities. Since 2015, Planet Wool has donated approximately €100,000 to charities.
The headbands and hats are handmade in Nepal under good working conditions. The wool comes from small farmers in Australia, Ireland, and England.
