Glerups wool felt slip-on with rubber sole

This Glerups low boot is made from 100% pure, natural wool in the classic anthracite color. The slipper has a sturdy felt footbed and a profiled sole of natural rubber in a honey color. The sole is slightly convex, allowing for easy foot roll-off. You can also comfortably wear them outside, for example, to get the mail.

Wool felt keeps feet warm and has moisture-regulating properties. Enjoy the natural properties of wool with these lovely Glerups slip-ons. Of course, suitable for both men and women!

Sizing Advice: These slippers fit true to size to slightly large. This means you can order your regular shoe size. If you are between sizes: choose a size smaller.

All slippers are produced in Glerups' own factory and in the special Glerups wool blend, which makes the slippers itch-free and durable.

The slippers are designed and produced with respect for animals, people, and nature. Choose the slipper model with a natural rubber sole if you are someone who likes to go outside with your Glerups and wants to be able to put them on and take them off easily. You can also use them before and after a dip in the water, a walk in nature, or a weekend trip to the cottage or campsite.

Care

HOW TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN YOUR GLERUPS

1. As wool is naturally self-cleaning, your Glerups will remain fresh if you simply air them out and give them a rest.

2. To remove stains, we recommend gently dabbing the stain with a lightly damp cloth and wool detergent. You may need to repeat this a few times, but always ensure the slippers are dry before trying again.

3. Dust can be removed by vacuuming or blowing out your Glerups. Leather soles can be brushed and cleaned with a leather brush.

4. Rubber soles can be wiped with a damp cloth – make sure they can dry thoroughly after cleaning.

5. Be careful; natural rubber or leather soles can be slippery on wet and icy surfaces such as tiles.

6. All Glerups uppers are made from 100% pure and natural wool, which means colour variations may occur between different production runs.

7. Your Glerups will usually shed some lint within the first 3-4 weeks of wear, which creates a long-lasting comfortable feel for years to come. This is normal due to the natural treatment of this wool. Simply remove the shedding fibres and discard them as desired.

Sole

Honey-colored natural rubber with tread, anti-slip and perfectly suitable for use on a damp surface, for example, to walk outside briefly if it has rained.
The rubber sole of this slipper is not flat, but slightly convex, allowing for easy foot roll-off.

Glerups: a pure product

Natural. Beautiful. Warm. That's Glerups from Denmark, a Scandinavian company that makes slippers and indoor shoes from felted wool. The company exclusively sources sheep's wool from specially selected New Zealand sheep farmers with relatively small sheep herds. During production, the wool is not treated chemically, but naturally and gently – from raw material to finished product. The sheep are shorn twice a year. The wool is washed in soft water and carded (combed) after drying. Afterwards, the carded wool is felted into the desired shape in warm soapy water.

Glerups products are very popular in Scandinavia and are now conquering the rest of Europe. Anyone who has ever worn them will want no other slippers!
