A handy and nice warm cushion made of recycled wool. Wool offers many advantages due to its temperature and moisture regulating effect. The woolen mats are an example of Glerups' Zero Waste Project philosophy, in which leftover wool is reused with the aim of reducing waste, caring for the environment and creating natural and stylish products.

Glerups: a pure product

Glerups is a Scandinavian company that makes slippers and indoor shoes from wool felt. The company buys only sheep wool from specially selected New Zealand sheep farmers with relatively small flocks of sheep. After shearing, the wool is washed in soft water and carded (combed) after drying. The carded wool is then felted into the desired shape in warm soapy water.
