Description

Glerups wool felt slipper with rubber sole

This Glerups slipper is handmade and made of 100% wool felt. The slippers have a honey colored nature rubber sole with a profile. The sole is non-slip and great to use on a damp surface, for example to walk outside after it has rained. Natural materials, high-quality workmanship and a minimalist design make this felt shoe unique.

Wool felt keeps the feet warm and regulates the foot climate. To optimally feel the natural properties of wool on your skin, we recommend wearing wool felt shoes or slippers with bare feet.

Glerups: a pure product

Naturally. Nice. Warm. That is Glerups from Denmark, a Scandinavian company that makes slippers and indoor shoes from wool felt. The company only purchases sheep's wool from specially selected New Zealand sheep farmers with relatively small sheep herds. During production, the wool is not treated chemically, but naturally and gently - from the raw material to the final product. The sheep are sheared twice a year. The wool is washed in soft water and carded (combed) after drying. The carded wool is then felted into the desired shape in warm soapy water.

Glerups products are very popular in Scandinavia and are now conquering the rest of Europe! Anyone who has ever worn them won't want any other slippers again!
