Merino wool is breathable when it’s warm and feels warm against the skin when the temperature drops. Wool is naturally breathable, temperature regulating and also soft and flexible – a must when doing physical activity. In addition, wool is naturally odour resistant and requires little washing, making it a favourite among those on the go.

Washing instructions

Wool is a nice material to make clothes from because it is antibacterial and odor-resistant. Wool clothing therefore does not need to be washed often. Hang the garment outside occasionally so that it can freshen up. If you do want to wash the garment, we recommend Texelana Wool Detergent . Never rub hard when hand washing, to prevent felting. Always check the label in the garment for the washing instructions. Always let wool clothing dry flat.

If you treat your wool garment in this way, it will not only stay nicer and last longer, but by airing instead of washing, you also save the environment.
