How can I return an order?

1. Register your return via our returns portal and send the product back to us within 30 days..
2. Printer-free returns? Scan the barcode or QR code at the service point. A return label will be provided at the service point.
3. Want to print your own return label? Print the return label and stick it on the package.
4. Return the package to a service point.

The product must be unused and have the original labels and/or size stickers.

Cancel your order?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we start picking and packing your order straight away after you’ve placed it. Once this process has started, it’s unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order.

If you do report your order via the returns form, the parcel will first be delivered to the address you provided. You can then return it. In that case, you’ll be responsible for the return costs, unless you opt for a refund in the form of a digital gift voucher. In that case, returns are free of charge (for returns within the Netherlands).
